Sliding Greenhouse Home

The Sliding Greenhouse Home was inspired by Cabin-Anna which you can learn more about on Kirsten Dirksen’s channel with the designer and founder of the cabins. The idea is to have a greenhouse over an interior garden at the center of the home where the family can grow produce, fruits, and vegetables throughout the year. During colder seasons, the greenhouse adds solar heat to the space and in the summer, the greenhouse can slide open to ventilate all the hotter air while letting natural pollinators like honey bees and bumble bees into the garden.
