What happens when cardboard layers are stacked, rotated, and illuminated from the inside? This project explores the way that light can be shaped through the corrugations in cardboard. By rotating every layer at the same interval, we create a product that appears to twist from one end to the other. Here’s how this simple cone light was designed and made with a laser cutter.
