As we all transition to hybrid and fully remote working, our standards of living at home begin to change. From having areas to relax and rejuvenate to staying focused on the tasks at hand, our homes are becoming the primary place of living and working. Balance comes from the spaces that we have and how we use them.

This modern pool house is designed for people who are living and working primarily from home. It includes a separate structure with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a lounge space to relax. The 2 story structure includes a large kitchen, dining area, and living room with an office space on a mezzanine.

All of these spaces surround a courtyard with an in ground pool and plenty of lounge spaces on all sides. The rooftop of the bedroom building is a green roof, which can be accessed by a staircase along the entrance to the house or from the office space.
