The contemporary beach house is designed as a completely curved perimeter building to get as much panoramic views of the beach and ocean as possible. Inside of the house, residents can gather within the large living room on the ground floor or upstairs in the outdoor patio surrounded by views of the ocean.

Directly outside of the living room is a pool overlooking the ocean so family and friends can swim safely together during windier weather. The ground floor has a large open kitchen, living room, bathroom, and music area. There’s a curved staircase that leads to the second floor where there are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge area, and an outdoor lounge area.
