Most houses are built as a single structure where everything is squeezed together within one simple building. But if we own a larger property where we can sprawl over a larger area, why not construct a single story home where spaces are physically separated from one another for more privacy? In this video, we’re going to design a 2800 square foot luxury home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that separates common areas where everyone can gather and be loud from the intimate and quieter areas like the bedrooms.
