Designing a Tiny House Between 2 Buildings
Have you ever traveled to a dense city anywhere in the world and saw a tiny house stuck between two high rise buildings or skyscrapers? In some countries like Japan, this is a common occurrence because families who owned the home and land didn’t want to sell it to a developer who decided to build around the home. What if an owner of a tiny plot of land between two high rise buildings wanted to build a simple home for themselves? In this video, we’ll be designing a 2600 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a balcony, beautiful backyard, and rooftop patio. Due to the size of the plot of land, the 2600 square feet will be spread over 4 floors.
